I help guide clients to a place where self-care speaks louder than self-discipline, away from diet-culture and toward a better sense of what makes them feel balanced and well. Using mindfulness, body respect, self compassion, & evidence based nutrition, I work with the whole person to find meaningful connection between mind, body, and food.
I’m on a mission to simplify how you approach nutrition, challenge your beliefs about your body, and provide a safe space for you to come home to yourself. My passion for my business stems from my own struggle with trying to find the “perfect” way to eat, constant obsession over the scale & shrinking my body, & really missing out on life’s precious experiences in the process. Through my simple framework, I now help women ditch the harmful restrict/ binge/ shame cycle, learn that their worth goes beyond their weight, and find peace with their mind, body, & food so that they can spend more time and energy on the hobbies and people they love.
Feel more clarity about the best way to eat for your unique body instead of constantly trying the latest diet trend (say goodbye to Keto, Intermittent Fasting, and Whole 30).
Can go out to dinner and order what you actually want without letting it totally derail all of your health efforts.
Don’t feel the need to “burn off” every single thing you put into your mouth.
Can keep foods like ice cream, cookies, and chips in the house without eating the entire container.
Are able to tune into your own body’s cues on when, how much, and what to eat vs. letting the scale dictate your decisions.
Feel an overall lighter energy around food and your body, aren’t constantly obsessing over your size, & are able to fully enjoy your life (we only get one, you know!).
Have the tools to create some flexible structure around meals and snacks without feeling like you need to follow restrictive rules to be successful.
Assess your current health habits from a place of curiosity vs. self judgement.
Challenge the diet culture messages that influence your mindset around nutrition.
Learn tools for trusting your own body’s cues.
